Because of concerns about the COVID-19 virus we have postponed the Sacramento County Senior & Super Senior Championship indefinitely . Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. If we are able to schedule new dates for the tournament after we have passed the COVID-19 crisis, we will post the new dates and reopen registration at that point.

The 47th annual County Senior & Super Senior Men's Championship will be contested at Ancil Hoffman Golf Course on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 5 and 6, 2020. The tournament is open to all male amateur golfers age 55 and older as of May 5, 2020, who are members of an organized golf club with an established World Handicap System (WHS) Index of 9.4 or less. There will be two separate flights - Seniors (age 55-64) and Super Seniors (age 65 and older). The Super Senior flight will also include a Legends division (age 75 and older).
The entry fee is $165 per player and includes two days green fees, range balls both days and awards - power cart not included. The entry deadline is April 28 and there will be no refunds after this date. There will be a $10 cancellation fee for withdrawals prior to the entry deadline and a $25 service charge for returned checks.
The tournament format is 36 holes of stroke play – 18 holes each day. Ties for champion in both flights will be decided in a sudden death playoff. All other ties will be divided evenly by the sum of the combined places. The lowest 36-hole gross scores in the respective flights will be declared the 2020 County Sr. and Super Senior Men’s Champion. The names will be inscribed on the perpetual trophy.
