Peggy Dodds Sacramento City Junior Championship

The 2025 Peggy Dodds Memorial City Junior Championship will be contested at the Haggin Oaks Golf Complex on Wednesday and Thursday, July 2-3, 2025.

The tournament is open to all junior golfers ages 7 to 18 as of July 2, 2025. Those who are age 18 may participate as long as they have not started college prior to July 2, 2025. All players should know the basic etiquette and rules of golf and be ready to play competitive tournament golf.

The tournament format is as follows: Ages 12 to 18 will play 36 holes medal play on the Alister MacKenzie course, on July 2nd with tee times starting at 8:00 a.m., and tee times starting at 7:00 a.m. on July 3rd. Ages 7-11 will play 9 holes medal play on the Arcade Creek course with tee times starting at 8:00 a.m. on July 2nd and tee times starting at 7:00 a.m. on July 3rd. Players will be paired as closely as possible by age and ability. Second day pairings will be determined by scores posted on the first day.

The entry fee is $130 for ages 12 to 18 and $85 for ages 7-11, and includes green fees, range balls, and awards. The field is limited to 120 paid entries.

The entry deadline is June 18, 2025.

JGANC members must register online using the first registration link below.

Non-JGANC members must register with a paper entry form that is available through the second registration link below. Ages 7-11 who are non-JGANC members will be accommodated prior to the entry deadline. However, per JGANC’s policy, ages 12-18 who are non-JGANC members will only be accommodated if space is available AFTER the entry deadline.
