Sacramento County Senior & Super Senior Men’s Championship

*An NCGA Points Tournament*

The 53rd annual County Senior & Super Senior Men's Championship, sponsored by Eskaton Village Carmichael, will be contested at Ancil Hoffman Golf Course on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 5-6, 2026. The tournament is open to all male amateur golfers ages 55 to 64 (Senior Division) with a GHIN of 9.4 or less, ages 65 and older (Super Senior Division) with a GHIN of 11.4 or less, and ages 75 and older (Legends Division) with a GHIN of 13.4 or less.

Seniors will play from the blue tees at 6,538 yards. Super Seniors will play from the white tees at 6,016 yards. Legends will play from the black tees at 5,413 yards. Play will be in threesomes with 9-minute intervals to improve pace of play. Tee times on Tuesday, May 5th will start at 9:20am. Tee times on Wednesday, May 6th will start at 8:00am.

The entry fee is $195 per player and includes two days green fees, range balls both days, and awards - power cart not included. The entry deadline is April 26 and there will be no refunds after this date. There will be a $10 cancelation fee for withdrawals prior to the entry deadline and a $25 service charge for returned checks.

The tournament format is 36 holes of stroke play – 18 holes each day. Ties for champion in each of the three divisions will be decided in a sudden death playoff. All other ties will be divided evenly by the sum of the combined places. The lowest 36-hole gross scores in the respective flights will be declared the 2026 County Senior, Super Senior, and Legends Men’s Champion. The names will be inscribed on the perpetual trophies.
