2023 Junior Easter Championship

The 73rd Sacramento City Jr. Easter Championship was contested at Bing Maloney Golf Complex
in Sacramento on April 4th and 5th, 2023. There were 88 players, ages 7-18. Course conditions
were tough because of the abundance of rain. Lift, clean and place, in the general area was
used as there were many muddy spots.

The Overall Boys Champion, Landon Abalateo, came from the Boys 14-15 Age Group. He shot
an even-par 144. (Par 72)

The Overall Girls Champion, Alyssa Lim, came from the Girls 14-15 Age Group. She shot a 1
Under par, 145. (Par 73)

Landon and Alyssa were both able to overcome the tough course conditions to get the win.
Serene Kim, Girls 14-15, had a Hole-In-One on the 152-yard – 5th Hole.
