Peggy Dodds Memorial / 88th Sacramento City Junior Championship Recap

This year, like many years in the past, our participants were greeted on both days with high temperatures of 105 degrees. These temperatures are typical for a tournament generally played around the 4th of July each year. The players that weathered this heat wave were treated to great course conditions thanks to the able, friendly, and helpful staff at Haggin Oaks. Our SGC volunteers were actively around the course both days reminding our players of the importance of pace of play and providing water as needed, especially under these hot conditions.
