2020 City Junior/Senior
The 72nd annual Walter & Olga Strand Junior/Senior Chapman Scotch City Championship was played at Bartley Cavanaugh Golf Course on Saturday, September 26, 2020.
38 teams teed it up in the Chapman Scotch format (hit, switch and choose), 21 in the Handicap Division and 17 in the Callaway Division.
Aaron and Preston Castleton shot a 9-under 62 net to win the Handicap Division in a playoff over Wesley and Petra Yee. The Yees did shoot the low gross score with a 64. Craig and Matthew Miyamoto were third with a net score of 63.5.
In the Callaway Division, there were three teams who finished with a net score of 1-under 70. Again a playoff was needed, with Melinda and Patrick Amick winning the division over the teams of Sherian Hornbeak / Isabella Morelock and Carlo Ligotti / A.J. Riebli. Joe and Rachel Truong had the low gross score, a 73.
