Mike Fleming Bio
Mike was born and raised in Sacramento – one of 9 children. He attended Immaculate Conception grammar school and Bishop Armstrong High School. Mike joined the Air Force reserves in 1969, started a career in the retail paint business in 1970, and later retired in 2015.
Mike has been married to Donita for 28 years and lives in Wilton, CA. They are grandparents to 5 beautiful grandchildren and enjoy being involved with them as they are all local. Mike joined the Sacramento Golf Council in 2012. He was tournament director for the City Putting Championship that was held at Haggin Oaks golf course from 2013 thru 2018. Mike currently serves as the starter and announcer for many of the tournaments on the schedule and whatever other assignments are needed to help the tournaments run smoothly. Mike says it has been a pleasure to be part of such a wonderful organization. .
