Council Bio – Linda Bigler

Linda Bigler Bio

Linda Bigler is a native of Sacramento.

She started golfing in her 20’s mainly to be able to play at her sales conferences. She lives a mile from Haggin Oaks and took lessons there. She has a “hole in one” to her name at Del Paso CC and considers her ability “Randomly Fabulous”. She won a handmade ‘Otey Crisman’ hickory shaft putter at the Boca Raton CC on one of her sales conferences in the 80’s and still swears by it! Yes, it is considered Vintage and Rare! Ask her to try it.

A Graduate of California State University at Sacramento and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a minor in Criminal Justice. She has 30 years of high-tech health care sales experience nationally and has been a Certified Business Coach for the last 18 years. She is also a member of SVP – Sacramento Venture Philanthropy (FASTPITCH program) coaching Non-Profits to perfect a 3-minute fundraising pitch. She is a member of National Ski
Patrol/Mountain Host program for Sierra at Tahoe, a member of the Arden Arcade Rotary and a member of the Sacramento Golf council.

She loves being outdoors. Any time on the water is welcomed. Her other hobbies include gardening, photography, paddleboarding, pickleball, kayaking, white water rafting, snow shoeing, yoga, knitting, sitting by a fire and drinking good wine. She has traveled to (43 countries and 49 states) so far. She also has a need for adventure and speed and has experienced the Bobsled, luge, race boats, jet planes, sky diving, aerobatic flying, zip lines and
the trapeze.

She considers herself a “SPANK Your Palate!” cook. She lives to serve 3 cats who came to her randomly! Mother and brother live nearby.
