Withdrawal & Refund Policy

  1. Tournament Cancellation
    If a tournament is canceled, a full refund (100%) of the entry fee will be issued to the original credit card used for payment.

  2. Withdrawal Before Entry Deadline
    Participants who wish to withdraw prior to the entry deadline must log into their Sacramento Golf Council profile, locate the applicable tournament, select the “Action” link next to the tournament name, and choose “Cancel Registration.”

    Withdrawals received by 10:00 PM on the entry deadline date will receive a full refund, less a $10.00 administrative fee. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.

  3. Withdrawal After Entry Deadline
    Withdrawals received after 10:00 PM on the entry deadline date are not eligible for a refund.
