2021 City Junior/Senior

The 73rd annual Walter & Olga Strand Junior/Senior Chapman Scotch City Championship was contested at Bartley Cavanaugh Golf Course on Saturday, September 25, 2021.

Some highlights from the day: we had a past Champion team, Gallagher father and son, and a 3-generation team, Schnetz family, Father/Son/and 2 Grandsons.

Several Mother Daughter teams, Coach/Student teams and even neighbors filling in for dads who had injuries and could not play.

A great field, lots of smiling faces. Pace of play was great, just under 4.5 hours.

Bartley Cavanaugh was great, allowing us a shotgun start at 8:00am, and a hotdog/hamburger lunch that went smoothly.

Weather was great and the winning team shot a gross 80 net 66 to become the 73rd winners of this event. Congratulations Shawn Breakey and Colin Craven, from Sacramento. The Callaway flight winners were Kelly Wilson and Drake Wilson from El Dorado Hills, who shot 76 gross 70 Net.
