2017 Junior Easter Championship

2017 Junior Easter Championship

Eighty seven juniors from ages 12 thru 18 competed over 36 holes. Juniors age 7 thru 11 played 18 holes at the executive course. Both days were difficult due to heavy winds and rain at times. Wednesday was pretty wet, with a small river of water running across the seventh fairway.

But these tough junior players persevered through it.

Boys Champion Tony Torres won at 143, one stroke ahead of Tim Sauer.

2016 Girls Champion Neeve Chen won again this year at 144, just one shot ahead of Vanessa Richani. Neeve is dominant on her high school team at Woodcreek High School. She also enjoys competitive swimming, excels at piano, and carries a 4.0 grade point average.
