The first annual Sacramento County Senior Men’s Four-Ball Championship will be contested at Mather Golf Course on October 19-20 and October 26-27, 2019. The tournament is open to all amateur golfers age 55 and above with a current USGA handicap index of 9.0 or less as of October 15, 2019. The tournament will be conducted in conjunction with the 17th County Regional Four-Ball Championship.
The tournament format is as follows:
All play conducted under USGA rules. Play is at scratch.
- 4-Ball stroke play qualifying round on Saturday, October 19 – morning tee times – the top eight (8) teams will advance to the match play round
- 1st Round matches 18 holes Sunday, October 20 – morning tee times
- Semi-Final Round matches 18 holes Saturday, October 26 – morning tee times
- Final Round match 18 holes Sunday, October 27 – morning tee time
The entry fee is $220 per team and includes ALL qualifying and match play green fees (power carts not included). Golf carts may be rented in the golf shop prior to play.
The entry deadline is October 15, 2019 and there will be no refunds after this date. Late entries will be accepted if space is available with cash only - no exceptions.
