The State Fair handicap tournament was held at Ancil Hoffman Sept 3,4,5. Forty four players teed it up, competing in four flights. The field was cut to the top 22 and ties for Monday’s final round. Morgan Fussel, The Ridge Golf Club, l prevailed at 215, just one under par, winning by just one stroke over Ross Wallace.
