2015 City Putting Championship

The Golf Council’s annual Putting Championship was held at Haggin Oaks Golf Course putting green during the Golf Expo April 24-26.

Qualifying days were held on Friday and Saturday, the top 16 qualifiers selected to compete in Sunday’s Championship.

Three divisions (men, women, juniors) competed in elimination match play on Sunday. Griffin Long is the Junior Champion, Angie Dixon is the Women’s Champion, and Curtis Cameron is the Men’s Champion. Dixon also was Champion for 2013 and 2014, and Cameron has also won twice before, in 2000 and 2010.

Our tournament sponsor, Cleveland Golf, awarded each winner a Cleveland Wedge. Winners, runner-ups and semifinalists received gift cards. All finalists received a special ball marker recognizing their participation in this year’s finals.
